The Koolscty Villa is an exclusive six-suite space whose geometric minimalism creates an atmosphere of comfort, tranquility, simplicity and nostalgic timelessness.
This is a house that is part of a new movement. A movement that chooses isolation over “hot spot” location and where the old meets the new inviting us to pause our fast-paced lives for a while and to tune into the natural rhythms of a landscape that seems all too in tune into our own.

FAQ'S.
Situated on the south part of the west coast of Portugal, a scenic 2-hour drive from Lisbon. Porto Corvo is a 20 minute drive from the Villa, where you will find shops in a picturesque setting, with cobbled streets and small houses.
The closest airport to our Villa is Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS) in Lisbon. From here, we will pick you up and take you straight to the Villa.

We also encourage our guests to follow the recommendations of travel advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.
The residency always starts on Saturday and ends on the following Saturday. Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am the following Saturday. To be able to offer our high quality we have to be very strict with these times. Unfortunately, we are unable to give any discount for the activities you miss due to arriving late or departing early, but it is possible for you to arrive or leave any day in the week, let us know and we’ll arrange a transfer for that day.
We don’t allow guests to arrive earlier than 2 pm on check in day as 10 am – 2 pm is a precious time for us that we need to prepare everything for you to enjoy an epic week.
To avoid missing out the transfer to our Villa we advise you to arrive the day before and spend one night in the beautiful city of Lisbon. We are happy to guide you through.
The pick up at the Lisboa airport will be on Saturday, at 11 am, so we can drive all the way down to the Villa for the check-in and get start with a mellow schedule during the afternoon.
That’s great! Then you will have some extra time to unwind before joining the residency. If you arrive early, we can recommend a few favorite breakfast spots nearby where you can relax and unwind at until you can be picked-up.
We will drop you at the Lisbon airport on Saturday at 12pm (please consider that due to traffic this time might suffer some changes). We advise you to book your flight back late in that afternoon or on Sunday for a more chilled flight check-in.
To confirm a booking we require a deposit payment within 48 hours via our payment service.
- We will send out an invoice as soon as we get your booking request, usually within 24 hours
- If not paid within 48 hours from getting the payment link the booking will automatically be canceled and the spot released for others to book.
